Job Description Atharva Realty is seeking an experienced Project Construction Head to manage multiple sites and ensure top-quality construction. Join us to lead our growing team and projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple project sites and all on-site construction activities - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors - Monitor RCC work, finishing quality, safety, and QA/QC standards - Prepare and review project costing, Excel reports, and budgets - Plan and execute project schedules, timelines, and manpower allocation - Handle vendor/contractor management and negotiations with the purchase team - Give technical guidance to ensure high construction quality - Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms - Provide weekly reporting, progress updates, and project reviews - Lead, motivate, and guide the team working under you Requirements: - BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering - 1015+ years experience in construction / PMC - Strong leadership and team-handling skills - Good knowledge of costing, BOQ, materials, and Excel - Ability to control cost, quality, and timelines effectively - Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills - Ability to work independently and deliver results Office Location: Dadar East, Mumbai Salary: Attractive & industry-best (based on experience) How to Apply: - Email resume to: [Confidential Information]
