Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by converting qualified leads into confirmed construction and renovation projects. The role requires strong client handling skills, technical understanding of the construction workflow, and the ability to represent HOH108 as a premium, trustworthy brand. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Conversion - Contact and qualify leads shared by marketing, HOH team, and pre-sales. - Present HOH108's construction, renovation, and turnkey service offerings clearly. - Conduct site visits, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations. - Convert qualified leads into bookings with proper documentation and follow-ups. 2. Client Communication & Relationship Management - Maintain a structured follow-up cycle (WhatsApp + call + emails). - Send brochures, videos, and marketing media strategically to keep the client engaged. - Address client queries regarding design, execution flow, timelines, and budgeting. - Build long-term relationships and ensure client trust in HOH108 processes. 3. Sales Process Adherence - Maintain daily tracking in CRM with accurate status updates. - Coordinate with the pre-sales, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth handovers. - Follow HOH108 sales scripts, pitch flow, and transparent pricing guidelines. - Ensure booking amounts are received as per the HOH/IP process. 4. Target Achievement & Reporting - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide daily reporting to the Sales Head/Management. - Share competitor insights, customer objections, and process improvement suggestions. Required Skills & Experience - 25 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, interiors, real estate, or home improvement). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts simply to customers. - Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp follow-ups, and structured sales cycles. - Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
