Your expertise in the Microsoft technology stack will be pivotal in creating innovative, high-performance solutions. KeyResponsibilities: - Solution Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of web applications, ensuring they meet complex banking requirements. - Technology Stack:Proficiency in the Microsoft Tech Stack, including .NET, C#, ASP.NETMVC, Angular, andJavaScript, isessentialfordevelopment. - Database Management:Utilize SQL Server for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Complex Message Flows:Design and implement message flows to support diverse application requirements, ensuring seamless data exchange. - Hands-on Development:With over 10 years of experience, take a hands-on approach to development, mentoring junior team members. - Project Leadership:Lead development projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery. - Client Engagement:Act as the technical point of contact, understanding client needs and proposing innovative solutions. - Mentorship:Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing knowledge. QualificationsSkills Mandatory: - 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Tech Stack. - Expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, jQuery). - Proficiency in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, functions, and query optimization. - Experience in designing and developing banking middleware using .NET technologies. - Understanding of SOAP and RESTful Web Services. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex development projects. - Hands-on experience with file handling and collections in the .NET Framework. Preferred: Experience leading development teams and projects. Short notice period (30-60 days) is preferred.
