NPD and Ongoing Product Innovation Manager Job Description Who You Are/: NPD Strategy and Leadership/: You will oversee and carry out the NPD roadmap, setting project priorities according to manufacturing capacity, market value, and strategic alignment to guarantee efficient resource distribution throughout the portfolio. Technical Risk Management/: You will oversee advanced technical reviews, make sure DFM is optimised, and use methods like FMEA to proactively reduce quality, tooling, and moulding risks. Tooling and Process Validation/: To guarantee process stability and repeatability, you are in charge of supervising the tool development cycle, approving final tool designs, and approving process validation methods and sampling trials. Cross/-Functional Collaboration/: You will act as the main liaison between internal sales, operations, and external clients, making sure that all product specifications and quality standards are precisely specified and fulfilled during the launch phase. Budget and Timeline Control/: You will manage the budget, resources, and master timelines for all NPD projects, driving accountability and leveraging methodologies like APQP for structured delivery.
