Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously. - Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
