Role Description -Manage and oversee all core HR processes. -Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. -Handle personnel management, employee benefits, and payroll coordination. -Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment efforts: - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. - Conducting interviews and managing selection processes. - Driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships. -Enhance and manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires. -Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans. -Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. -Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. -Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning. Qualifications - 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management. - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies - Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration - Skilled in Personnel Management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work on-site in Vadodara - Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Note -Work from Office – Ability to work on-site in Vadodara. -Only candidates with experience in Software/IT companies will be considered.
