Job Title Tamil Recruiter Location Thane Maharashtra Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tamil Recruiter to join our HR team in Thane The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring candidates primarily for Tamil-speaking roles You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of quality candidates Key Responsibilities Source screen and shortlist candidates through job portals social media references and other channels Conduct telephonic interviews in Tamil and English to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status regularly Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience Meet hiring deadlines and ensure recruitment metrics are achieved Prepare daily weekly recruitment reports and share with management Requirements Proven experience in recruitment 1-3 years preferred Proficiency in Tamil speaking reading writing is mandatory Good communication skills in English and Hindi Familiarity with job portals sourcing techniques and MS Office tools Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education Bachelor s degree in any stream HR or related field preferred Salary Competitive and based on experience Requirements Proven experience in recruitment Proficiency in Tamil speaking reading writing is mandatory Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
