Technical Project Manager

Job Description Job Description Looking for an experienced, results-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and project management methodologies, with a proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering a collaborative team environment. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn - Project management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Team coordination: Supervise and guide cross-functional teams, including PLM, Architects, Dev, Validation, Doc, etc., ensuring clear communication and defined roles and responsibilities. - Stakeholder management: Act as a liaison between internal and external teams and stakeholders, and provide regular progress updates to all parties. - Risk assessment: Identify potential project roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. - Budget oversight: Monitor project budgets, forecast resource needs, and make adjustments to project constraints - Quality assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards. - Process improvement: Implement and enforce agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or other project management procedures to increase efficiency. - RCAs Key Skills And Experience You have: - Technical project management experience - Experience managing dependencies across orgs - Good communication skills - Stakeholder & Risk Management - Project planning It would be nice if you had: - Resource, budget, and timeline management - Reporting skills - Knowledge about cloud/microservices and SW development (preferably someone from a SW background) - knowledge about domain (L2/L3, PON) - SW Engineering practices About Us About Nokia Join us in creating the technology that helps the world act together.
