Key Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical training sessions on skin care cosmetology facials treatments and advanced skin services Deliver curriculum as per Lakme Academy Powered by Aptech guidelines Demonstrate professional techniques and supervise hands-on student practice Guide students on client consultation skin analysis and treatment procedures Stay updated with the latest industry trends techniques and products Assess student performance through tests assignments and practical exams Provide constructive feedback and mentor students for skill improvement Ensure hygiene safety and sanitation standards are followed in labs Support in organizing workshops seminars and events at the academy Maintain professional conduct and discipline in classrooms and labs Qualifications Skills Diploma Certificate Degree in Cosmetology Skin Therapy from a recognized institute Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in skin care cosmetology or beauty therapy Prior teaching training experience preferred but not mandatory In-depth knowledge of facials clean-ups advanced skin treatments and cosmetology tools Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring Professional grooming and positive attitude Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
