Job Description Description We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth within these accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to analyze account performance. Responsibilities - Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients. - Analyze account performance metrics and provide insights to improve service delivery. - Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to senior management. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities for growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
