About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Placement & Servicing: - Manage quotes and placements for new business and renewals - Oversee post-placement servicing including: 1. Policy drafting and issuance 2. Endorsements 3. Claims coordination 4. Client query resolution - Prepare and scrutinize placement slips and policy documents - Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and service quality standards Client & Sales Collaboration: - Analyze client requirements in coordination with the sales team - Present analysis findings and gap assessments to clients - Document client feedback and ensure follow-through Insurer Engagement & Negotiation: - Liaise with insurance companies for quotes - Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports - Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers - Maintain strong insurer relationships and market intelligence Reporting & Compliance: - Enter RFQs and proposal details into internal databases - Generate and maintain business reports and dashboards - Share status updates with the Head of Placement
