This is a field sales role requiring strong sales and relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities - Merchant acquisition:Identify and approach potential merchants in the market, including retail and online businesses. - Sales and promotion:Present and sell the bank's payment solutions, such as POS terminals and other digital payment products. - Target achievement:Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and product activation. - Client onboarding:Ensure all documentation is complete and facilitate the smooth and timely activation of new merchants. - Relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired merchants to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products to new and existing merchant clients. - Reporting:Maintain proper records and reports of sales activities and business performance. Required skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team. - Knowledge of banking and payment solutions. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.
