This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 1 years Location Pune JobType full-time As a Content Social Media Specialist you ll be responsible for crafting compelling content and managing social media presence to increase brand awareness boost engagement and drive inbound leads You ll collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging while experimenting with fresh and creative ideas to stand out Requirements Key Responsibilities Content Marketing Research industry trends competitor activities and audience insights to shape content strategy Develop engaging written and visual content such as blogs newsletters case studies email campaigns and website copy Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives and tone of voice Optimize content for SEO and conversion goals Social Media Management Plan create and schedule posts across LinkedIn Instagram and other relevant platforms Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels Monitor trends and run campaigns to improve reach and engagement Engage with followers respond to comments messages and build relationships within relevant micro-communities Campaigns Growth Support campaigns tied to events webinars or brand initiatives Partner with the design team to create visually compelling posts carousels and reels Experiment with innovative formats stories reels polls lead magnets to generate awareness and leads Analytics Reporting Track performance metrics using analytics tools Provide regular reports on engagement reach growth and conversions Recommend improvements based on data insights Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of experience in content marketing or social media management Strong writing editing and communication skills with the ability to create clear compelling narratives Knowledge of SEO principles social media trends and engagement strategies Hands-on experience with content design tools e g Canva analytics platforms Creative proactive and highly organized with the ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines
