What You’ll Do (High Ownership) - Design and build Grovio’s multi-agent AI orchestration engine - Architect scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems - Build core backend systems + high-velocity features - Lead integration of LLMs, toolchains, automations, and data pipelines - Collaborate directly with founders on product + strategy - Set engineering standards, CI/CD, DevOps, and system reliability - Help hire and grow the engineering team as we scale This is a 0 → 1 → scale leadership role, not a maintenance job.
