We are working on building the best analytics consulting company in the world. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding - Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Candidate Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates Collaboration with Hiring Managers: - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles Job Posting and Advertisement: - Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms - Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates Interviewing and Evaluation: - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit - Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements Data Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement Requirements - 4+ years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs - Experienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles - Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement - Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates - Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market - Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS - Must have prior experience in US hiring - Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones - Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
