The Role We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer - someone who thrives at the intersection of deep tech and impact. This isn't a typical job; it's a builder's role. You'll work alongside the founder to: - Architect, prototype, and build AI-driven systems (LLMs, NLP, personalization engines). - Push the boundaries of applied AI to create human-like, compassionate interactions at scale. - Work hands-on with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and integration with product features. - Shape technical direction, tooling, and best practices from scratch. - Wear multiple hats: coder, researcher, architect, and problem-solver.
