This includes both Capital and Expense projects of Transmission Grid which entails Construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration to Align Functional/Project Plans with Overall AOP - Strategic Alignment - Stakeholder Engagement - Clear Communication Channels: Monitor Portfolio/Project Progress (Time, Cost, Quality, Risk) - Performance Tracking: - Risk Management - Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare MIS/Presentations for CEO/MD/Chairman Review - Executive Reporting: - Presentation Skills: - Stakeholder Communication:. Identify Operational Risks, Ensure Compliance, and Manage Crises - Crisis Management: - Regulatory Compliance:. - Risk Assessment: Identify Process Inefficiencies and Drive Process Improvement - Process Analysis: - Continuous Improvement: - Innovation: Critical Success Factors - Essential 10-15 years of experience. (Exp. in project management / controls) Worked on large scale capital projects. Critical Success Factors - Desirable Have sound knowledge of project management & Large-scale transmission project execution Experience.
