About Texonica Agency: Texonica is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency focused on performance-driven adv. and long-term client partnerships. Role Overview: This PT role is ideal for pros with 3–5+ yrs exp managing paid media campaigns. You’ll oversee Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads, manage client relationships, provide strategic insights, and ensure campaigns achieve measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, exec., and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. - Maintain client comms & deliver on KPIs. - Analyze data, generate reports & provide actionable recs. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution. Requirements: - 3–5 yrs of paid adv. exp. - Proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads. - Strong analytical & client mgmt skills. - Excellent English comms. - Exp. with intl./U.S. clients preferred. Compensation: USD $1,200 – $2,000/month (PT), based on exp & scope.
