Based in Maharashtra, client offers a wide range of organic products including ghee, jaggery, flours, oils, and spices-all processed and packaged at the farm for complete traceability. Job Description - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. - Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. - Design and monitor training and development programmes to enhance employee skills. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. - Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment. - Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive productivity. - Collaborate with senior leadership to support organisational change initiatives. - Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of HR should have: - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven expertise in HR management - 8-13 years of experience only - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Experience in managing recruitment, training, and employee relations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
