We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – B2B Sales (North India) Location: Delhi NCR (covering Delhi, Haryana, Punjab & Uttar Pradesh) Company: Creykid Toys & Games Pvt. Ltd. Role Type: Full-Time | Regional Sales At Creykid, we’re re-imagining how children discover creativity and self-expression through toys, games, and visual-arts experiences. We’re now looking for an Assistant Manager – B2B Sales (North India) to expand our presence across schools, retailers, and educational distributors in the region. What You’ll Do - Build and manage partnerships with schools, institutions, toy stores, and learning centers across North India. - Conduct demos, presentations, and exhibitions to showcase Creykid’s creative product range. - Drive sales targets and regional growth through strong relationship management. - Identify and onboard new B2B partners and distributors in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. - Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For - 5–10 years of B2B or institutional sales experience, preferably in toys, education, or FMCG sectors. - Proven ability to build strong networks and close deals with decision-makers. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel across North India for business development. - A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment. - Why Creykid?
