What You'll Do - Set up the globalization of all reporting and establish process to field questions of and for all data to drive improvement. - Create formatting and recommendations for hierarchy-based reports. - Establish new and current local region reporting. - Maintains client set up (customer IDs, DKs, Reason Codes, etc.) in GBT MI database to ensure consistent global reporting. - Manages accuracy of data by working with the various teams to correct data at point of sale and due to mapping issues. - Ensures that all reports are submitted to client or account team after it has been reviewed and updated with all required data points. - Crisis management reporting and coordination with 3rd parties (e.g. ISOS) - Provide tool & site administration for online tools - Support client managers, service delivery teams, and clients by tracking and driving tasks and resolving concerns and issues What We're Looking For - Understanding of business travel data, tools, and process flows. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word. - Candidate with Alteryx experience would be preferred. - Thrive in continual change. - Proven ability to collaborate across functions and teams. - Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence internal and external customers with ease. - Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve the customer experience. - Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with GDS is preferred. - Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - Willingness to work flexible hours, including those needed to support customers in other regions. - Virtual Position with Occasional On-Site Presence in Gurgaon Office Location Gurgaon, India The #TeamGBT Experience Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT. - Flexible benefits are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
