This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on brand requirements - Negotiate and coordinate collaboration terms with influencers - Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to execution - Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met as per timelines - Track and report campaign metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness - Maintain a strong relationship with influencers for long-term collaboration - Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and new influencer marketing strategies Requirements: - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Good understanding of social media trends and influencer landscape - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Prior experience in influencer marketing is a plus (freshers open to training may also apply) - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Who Can Apply: - Candidates who can join immediately - Freshers or candidates willing to undergo training - Must be comfortable with the office location in Sector 88, Noida - Must be available for a full-time in-office role Interested candidates directly share the cv' on hr@sotbella.com and ishpreet@sotbella.com or can connect directly on 97739 81620 or 96679 76992
