Your Role in Driving Global Success Be part of our client's team as a Global Account Manager, responsible for new business development, account planning, and sales execution with global Fortune 500 customers. Your Career Snapshot Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift (Semi-Flexible), Weekends Off Work Setup: Work from Home (India) Global Career Benefits - Competitive package - Medical life insurance - Work-from-home setup - Standard government and Emapta benefits - Well-equipped, modern, and accessible offices - Employee engagement - Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams - Diverse, inclusive, and supportive culture - Transparent performance management - Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) What You Bring to the Table - Bachelor's degree in Business - Minimum 5-8 years of National or Global end-customer sales experience - Experience selling through direct and indirect channels - Successful experience presenting to groups and C-level contacts - Experience in telecommunication/technology is preferred - Enterprise Account Management with BPOs/Call Centers experience beneficial - Sales Project Management experience is a plus - International experience is an advantage Skills and Knowledge: - Customer-centric focus with strong sales process and account management skills - Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications to manage sales territories - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to capture, process, and analyze data to make informed decisions - Ability to work in a global team sales environment - High-performance sales professional with proven sales excellence - Sound, independent decision-making and problem-solving ability - Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives - Strong business and financial acumen - Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work from home - Effective time management skills - Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically Your Responsibilities at a Glance Customer Sales - Identify customer prospects within large, decentralized complex global accounts and organizations - Follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development - Utilize solution sales process and CRM to build and manage an appropriate customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectives - Execute sales plans to capture customer category share and ensure long-term relationships delivering recurring revenue in all regions - Develop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships to penetrate customer accounts, identify opportunities, generate run rate revenue, and manage sales projects through to close - Provide customer feedback and market insight to the organization in support of new product development - Manage individual OPEX within annual finance guidelines Account Management - Develop and execute Global Account sales plans to capture market share, exceed regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metrics - Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for account mapping - Coordinate involvement of company global personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations - Lead account planning process for assigned global customers to develop mutual business and performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one- and three-year periods - Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and coordinate engagement of support staff as needed - Engage and align with other regions globally for account-specific knowledge transfer and collaboration on account planning - Manage customer proof of concept and product testing/qualification projects - Help customers identify product use cases per employee profiles, delivering value-added customized product and service solutions - Manage activities related to targeted account sales/marketing campaigns or programs - Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key local players from reseller partner community - Input, manage, and analyze data from customer sales systems (CRM/Zyme) to create and implement financially sound sales strategy - Initiate discussions with management regarding trends that may affect success, and recommend solutions and appropriate courses of action About Our Client Our client, founded in 1996, is a leading manufacturer of reliable and affordable computer peripherals, serving schools, businesses, healthcare facilities, and call centers.
