Job Description Industry & Sector A company operating in the Staffing & Workforce Solutions sector, delivering recruitment, temporary staffing, and talent-acquisition services to enterprise and mid-market clients across India. We provide on-site, consultative staffing solutions that match business demand with high-quality talent. Position: Sales Consultant (Primary standardized title: Sales Consultant) On-site, India Role & Responsibilities - Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships across assigned territories through targeted field visits, networking, and outbound outreach. - Qualify client hiring needs and present tailored staffing and workforce solutions that align with client objectives and budgets. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and handover to delivery teams. - Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets while maintaining high client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate opportunity and client records in CRM; generate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership review. - Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful candidate delivery, on-boarding, and SLA compliance. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - B2B Sales - Consultative Selling - Negotiation - Client Acquisition - CRM (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) - MS Excel (Advanced) Preferred - Staffing & Recruitment Sales - Territory Management - LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualifications & Expectations - Proven track record in field or on-site sales (preferably 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services). - Comfortable with frequent travel across assigned territory and client locations in India. - Strong business acumen, target-driven mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with delivery teams.
