Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive growth, brand visibility, and lead generation for Edvelup. Candidates with prior EdTech industry experience will be given priority. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. - Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads. - Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and prepare detailed reports. - Oversee and coordinate social media management to enhance brand presence and engagement. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales for cohesive marketing execution. - Monitor and evaluate the latest digital tools, platforms, and technologies for continuous improvement. - Ensure all campaigns are optimized for maximum impact and efficiency. Required Qualifications 1. 23 years of experience in digital marketing. 2. Mandatory experience in an EdTech company. 3. Graduate degree in any discipline. Skills Required 1. Strong marketing knowledge and strategic insight. 2. Excellent data analytical and interpretation skills. 3. Updated knowledge of the latest digital marketing technologies and tools. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 6. Proven experience in Meta Ads and lead generation. 7. Strong understanding of social media management and content-driven growth. Preferred (Added Advantage) 1. A growth mindset with a positive, self-driven attitude. 2. MBA in Marketing. 3.
