Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation; low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control; and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. - Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed. - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Report and escalate issues to management as needed. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Prepare and present project reviews to management & customers. - Willingness to travel to various project sites for discussions. Qualifications: - B.E/B. Tech - Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA certification is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SCADA Industry. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project). - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Preferred Skills: - Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking. - Change management. - Cross-functional collaboration.
