Position Summary Level: Senior Consultant As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. Work you'll do: Lead discussions with business and functional analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts on business architecture. Prepare technical architecture and design, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities. Develop solutions in line with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes. Create and enforce technical design and development guides, templates, and standards. Facilitate daily scrum meetings, manage deliverables, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership review. Conduct detailed deliverable reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with onsite clients, coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional teams. Design templates or scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks. The team: AI & Data offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to: - Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing - Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions - Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 6-9 years of relevant hands-on experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP - Must have strong hands-on experience with programming languages like Python and SQL - Extensive experience in LLM implementation & fine-tuning for custom use cases and domain-specific applications - Deep expertise in Agentic AI architectures and building sophisticated agent-based solutions - Strong proficiency in MCP (Model Context Protocol) for advanced context management in AI systems - Hands-on experience with Tool Calling mechanisms for enabling complex agent interactions - Proven experience in designing and implementing Multi-agent systems for collaborative AI workflows - Expert-level knowledge of LangChain and LlamaIndex for building enterprise-grade AI applications - Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry for developing and deploying AI solutions - Deep understanding of Agentic AI fundamentals and architectural patterns - Proficient in LLMOps practices for managing the complete lifecycle of LLM applications - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and continuous integration of AI systems - Strong expertise in API development using REST and FastAPI for building scalable AI services - Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns for distributed AI systems - Hands-on experience with RAG systems implementation and optimization - Well versed with Transformer architecture, up to date with new research/progress in the field of Agentic AI and Gen AI - Should follow research papers, comprehend and innovate/present the best approaches/solutions related to Generative AI and Agentic AI components - Knowledge of hyperscaler offerings (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Gen AI tools - Deliver large-scale AI/Gen AI and Agentic AI projects across multiple industries and domains - Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand various business problem statements and project requirements - Lead and work with a team of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt engineers, and other Data & AI professionals to deliver projects from inception to implementation - Brainstorm, architect, build & improve AI/Gen AI models and agentic systems developed by the team & identify scope for model improvements & best practices - Actively participate and lead in pre-sales, client pursuits and proposals - Drive a human-led culture of Inclusion & Diversity by caring deeply for all team members Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Knowledge of Neo4J/relevant Graph DBs - Experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for production AI systems - AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute is preferred Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
