Job Description Job Responsibilities: - Prepare Billing, Estimation, BOQ, Costing, Tender documents, and contracts for various projects, including buildings and infrastructure. - Assist in preparing project quantities and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations. - Collaborate with internal teams such as the BOQ Team, Design Team, and On-site Team to ensure accurate costing and contracting functions. - Review and certify contractor bills, verifying quantities and ensuring compliance with project specifications. - Maintain and compile bill verification statements, keeping track of contractor payments against work progress. - Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing work and ensure adherence to project requirements. - Verify the Master Cost Plan and actively participate in the Value Engineering process to optimize project costs. Requirements: - Strong technical knowledge of costing, tendering activities, and contract management. - Proficiency in scheduling software and familiarity with MS Project. - Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
