About Position: Seeking a skilled Java Kafka Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, real-time data streaming applications. I must be proficient in Java, Apache Kafka, and microservices architecture. Experience with Kafka Streams, Spring Boot, and distributed systems is preferred. - Role: Senior Java Developer - Location: Pune / Bangalore - Experience: 7+ years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Develop and maintain Java-based applications integrated with Kafka for real-time data processing. - Build, deploy, and manage Kafka clusters and related infrastructure using DevOps practices. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and infrastructure to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka environments and applications to ensure high availability and performance. - Manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm as part of the DevOps toolchain. - Implement best practices around code quality, security, and operational excellence. Expertise You'll Bring: - Hands-on experience with Kafka. - Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. - Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems. - Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
