About Us We are a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality education to our students We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our admissions marketing team Job Summary We are looking for a Student Counsellor who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students parents and guardians to promote our institution s programs and courses The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective students parents and guardians to promote our institution s programs and courses - Provide information about our institution its programs and courses to prospective students and parents - Handle inquiries and respond to questions from prospective students and parents - Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into admissions - Maintain accurate records of calls made leads generated and admissions converted - Collaborate with other team members to achieve admissions targets Requirements - Bachelor s degree in any field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office - Freshers are encouraged to apply What We Offer - Competitive salary and incentives - Opportunity to work with a leading educational institution - Professional training and development opportunities - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 948 38 - 18 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
