The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a product-based company and a proven track record of delivering robust backend solutions. Prior experience in a product-based company is mandatory. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 7–10 years of experience in backend software development. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and Kotlin. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Kotlin. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation. - Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
