Job Description About Job We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content & Community Lead to join our team at Kula. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth. This is a remote role with the option of hybrid or onsite in Chennai. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for building and managing our Hiring Mavens recruiting community, creating engaging content, and developing and executing brand strategies that increase awareness and generate pipeline, including but not limited to partner marketing, online events, our SEO strategy, case studies, etc. You will inherit a team of contractors that are already ramped, so previous team management skills are required. Skills & Qualification - 5-10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, community-building, and team management, with a focus on building and managing online communities, creating engaging content, and developing marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth. - Strong mastery of brand and content marketing principles, including partner marketing, SEO, content for different parts of the funnel, and community. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging content, including ebooks, articles, webinars, and presentations. - Proven track record of success in community-building, including the ability to develop and execute community-building strategies that drive engagement and growth. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on cross-team collaboration and communication. - Experience in content marketing, including the development and execution of content marketing campaigns and strategies. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility. - Solid understanding of marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing. - Experience in team management, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. - Experience in brand marketing, including the ability to develop and execute brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth. - Experience in partner marketing, including the ability to develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue. - Experience in content editing, including the ability to develop and edit engaging content, including collateral, webinars, and presentations. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing strategies. - Experience in leadership, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth, leveraging expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights. - Lead the development and implementation of community-building plans to drive engagement and growth, leveraging expertise in community-building, content marketing, and social media marketing. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market, and develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue. - Develop and execute competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies, and drive growth and revenue. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and growth, and lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive results. - Develop and deliver compelling content, including product marketing materials, webinars, and presentations, to engage our target audience and drive growth and revenue. - Help support product launches, including the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth, and lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive results. - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and data to inform marketing strategies and optimize marketing campaigns, and develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and customer engagement, and lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive results. - Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth, and lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive results. - Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue, and lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive results. - Develop and edit engaging content, including collateral, webinars, and presentations, to engage our target audience and drive growth and revenue. - Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue, and ensure that all marketing campaigns are executed in a timely and effective manner.
