SAP Finance (FICO) Business Systems Analyst will work as a lead with business and IT teams to resolve day-to-day issues in New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, controlling, product costing, COPA, and consolidation. Integration experience with third party systems is a must. Exhibit excellent skills to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Multi taskings skills are a must. Comfortable to get involved in any new areas without any prior experience. This position requires working directly from Bangalore, India office 5 days a week. Responsibilities - Manage and resolve change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders without breaching the SLA's and KPI's. - Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. - Manage day-to-day issues to maintain smooth operations and user satisfaction. - Provide timely and effective solutions to support business and IT users. - Handle challenges with limited information and documentation, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction. Required Qualifications - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC resolving issues related to New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, product costing, COPA, consolidation, configuration, integration, and data reconciliation. - Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders - Experience communicating effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders - Experience working with ABAP Developers Preferred Qualifications - A Masters degree in a relevant field - An understanding of project management principles MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO We are Qorvo.
