Position Summary Level: Consultant As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients. - Develop, test & deploy advanced Computer Vision algorithms for industrial apps, ensuring real-time processing & high accuracy - Work with data scientists to preprocess and annotate datasets, and with software engineers to integrate vision solutions into OT systems - Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize vision systems for performance and efficiency. - Update and retrain models to adapt to new data and changing conditions The team: At Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure we deliver solutions spanning Hybrid Cloud, Advanced Connectivity, AI Data Centers, High-Performance Computing, and AI Infrastructure to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying computer vision solutions in industrial or manufacturing settings. - Hands-on leadership or significant contributions in end-to-end project execution from data acquisition and preprocessing to model deployment and integration with OT systems. - Track record of working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, control engineers, and software developers. - Experience fine-tuning state-of-the-art Vision Transformer models and demonstrating measurable impact over traditional CNN-based methods. - Exposure to real-time systems, model optimization techniques, and deploying vision solutions on edge devices or embedded systems. - Experience with object detection, image segmentation, feature extraction, and image classification - Extensive experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for developing and deploying vision models - Deep knowledge of Vision Transformer architectures and their application in industrial settings - Proficiency in fine-tuning pre-trained Vision Transformer models for domain-specific tasks and edge base deployments - Experience in statistical and machine learning techniques for model evaluation and improvement - Hands exp. In programming languages such as Python, C++ with GPU programming and parallel processing using CUDA or OpenCL. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries - Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address client-specific challenges. - Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing client requirements and emerging technologies. - Project Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing client projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with client business goals.
