Sales Development Representative

Job Description Your Role Mission Team spirit and commitment to the business success are key factors to increase the sales efficiency and lead us to sustainable profitable growth. Compressor Technique Service division is constantly looking for ways to increase the value of its products and services and deliver the best customer experience. In line with this strategy, we are looking for a sales development representative that will play a key role prospecting new customer and adding them into the sales funnel, increasing the market share and improving the business results. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team, hungry for expanding the business in a sustainable way. Main Responsibilities - Make cold calls according to the business strategy, Persuasive Inquiry, and prospecting techniques to find customer pain points and sales opportunities. - Qualify and nurture internal leads from automatic lead generation, inbound/outbound marketing, HubSpot and technical sources. - Handover qualified leads and new customer opportunities to the sales team, improving the hit ratio. - Schedule business visits on new customers. - Use C4C to manage calls, leads, opportunities, customer base and activities. To succeed, you will need Experience Requirements - Ability to handle medium-complex calculations. - Analytical skills and strategic thinking. - Previous experience in CTS will be a plus. - Experience in sales, marketing, or related roles will be a plus. Educational Requirements The successful candidate should preferably have an engineering degree, marketing degree would be considered as plus Personality Requirements - Result-oriented with a self-motivating personality. - A very creative thinker, not just technically but also commercially. - Dynamic and proactive. - Strong believer there is always a better way of doing things. - Resilient, capable of facing objections and dealing with conflicts. - Be able to engage and connect to other people.
