We are looking for: A Site HR Partner in Pune, who is to lead and manage all HR functions for the Global Capabilty Center India , ensuring alignment with local labor laws, business objectives, and Syensqo's global HR strategies. The role will support employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across the GCC We count on you for: - Employee Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns. - Foster a positive work environment and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with local regulations. - Work with TA for employee on-boarding and employee experience - Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee Engagement and organisation Culture - Help and guide Managers in adapting Managers self service model . - HR Compliance - Supervise the adherence to HR policies and Processes - Ensure adherence to labour laws and Syensqo's internal policies. - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. - Data Management - Maintain all the data and records of employees at GCC. - Handle employee data management and HRIS updates including time and attendance - Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies - HR Projects & Initiatives - Support regional and global HR projects. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - Manage Rewards and recognition Programs You will bring: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the GCC region. - Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and HR best practices. - Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in English .
