The Opportunity

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Invoicing

- Record and pass day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and raise sales invoices accurately and timely.

2. Accounts Payables

- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, verifying compliance with financial policies and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain AP records and ensure timely payments while adhering to cash flow management practices.

3. Financial Operations

- Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR and AP.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Assist in GST filings, Income Tax workings, and related compliance.

Requirements

- Education: B.Com with CA Inter
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
- Must have good communication and excel skills
- Hands-on experience with audits, and schedule preparation.
- Self Starter & ability to work under tight deadlines
