Tasks About MBRDI Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India MBRDI headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune is the largest R D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering digitalization and sustainable mobility solutions shaping the future of mobility Job Title SAP Rollout Cut-over Specialist Role Overview As part of the non-technical cross-functional steering team for the SAP Transformation Program ECC to S 4HANA you will support rollout management cut-over and training activities across global markets Your role is crucial in conceptualizing and defining guidelines and templates that ensure desirable feasible and sustainable rollout strategies for NAFTA EMEA Asia and China markets in both VS1 and VS2 phases supporting implementation through 2030 Key Responsibilities Program Support Assist in rollout cut-over and training management for SAP VS2 pilot market and contribute to global rollouts Guideline Development Support the design and standardization of templates and processes for rollout cut-over and training management through alignment with scrum teams solution area teams and market stakeholders Cross-Team Coordination Collaborate and communicate across all scrum teams in the VS2 Agile Release Train and solution area teams to ensure timely execution of rollout and training activities for new product go-live Global Support Provide guidance and assistance to rollout teams in EMEA NAFTA Asia and China to meet business and customer needs Training Management Work closely with global training divisions market experts and scrum teams to ensure standardized training materials and curriculum are implemented effectively Stakeholder Interface Act as a liaison between scrum teams solution area teams and local market dealer teams for rollout and training activities Reporting Contribute to regular status updates on rollout cut-over and training activities for program leadership and top management Qualifications Qualifications Degree in Economics Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent Experience in logistics processes and IT environments Exposure to international projects and rollouts Strong communication and organizational skills with a pragmatic and independent working style High level of commitment reliability and conflict-resolution ability Professional demeanor with team spirit initiative and quality focus Good technical comprehension and ability to understand complex technical contexts Goal-oriented with strong results focus Excellent written and spoken English skills additional languages are a plus Why Join Us Be part of a purpose-driven organization that s shaping the future of mobility Work on cutting-edge technologies and global logistics transformation projects Thrive in a collaborative diverse and inclusive environment Access world-class infrastructure and continuous learning opportunities Equal Opportunity Statement At MBRDI we are committed to diversity and inclusion We welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of gender background or ability
