Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Design and establish a comprehensive risk management framework in line with regulatory and internal requirements - Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across credit, market, operational, compliance, liquidity, and strategic domains - Define risk appetite and tolerance limits and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy - Implement effective risk governance structures, policies, and controls - Continuously monitor risk exposures and ensure timely escalation and mitigation - Lead the development and maintenance of risk registers and risk control matrices - Ensure regular internal audits, stress testing, and scenario analyses to assess risk preparedness - Liaise with senior management, board committees, auditors, and regulatory bodies on risk-related matters - Foster a strong risk culture across the organization through training and awareness initiatives - Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and update policies and frameworks accordingly Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience in a senior risk management role, preferably within an NBFC or financial services environment - Deep understanding of credit, market, operational, liquidity, and compliance risks - Experience in designing and implementing enterprise risk frameworks and governance structures - Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, etc.) and industry best practices - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
