Our content team plays a critical role in amplifying stories that touch hearts, build trust, and inspire action. --- Role Overview As an Associate Video Editor at Milaap, you will be at the heart of crafting compelling videos that raise funds for life-saving medical treatments and NGO initiatives. Your edits will reach millions of viewers, turning stories of need into campaigns of hope. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role where creativity meets accountability. --- Key Responsibilities Editing Crowdfunding Campaign Videos: Deliver high-quality, emotionally compelling videos for medical and NGO campaigns. Multi-Format Delivery: Create edits across formats (1920×1080, 1080×1920, reels, thumbnails, text overlays, CTAs). Storytelling: Weave interviews, B-roll, and photographs into powerful narratives aligned with Milaap’s tone and compliance standards. Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, and the digital marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution. Compliance & Quality: Ensure correct usage of names, hospital details, consents, disclaimers, and formatting guidelines. Innovation: Explore AI-driven editing, motion graphics, and creative experiments to keep Milaap’s content fresh and impactful. --- Requirements 0–2 years of professional video editing experience (internships/freelance welcome). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or AI tools is a plus). Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling. Basic knowledge of audio balancing, color correction, and text frame placement. Understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and video optimization for each.
