Job Description At 100X Growth Partners by Expertrons, as a Founding Team Member (Onboarding), you will spearhead corporate partnerships and franchise expansion. This is a high-impact role for an entrepreneurial leader to own P&L, design strategies, and drive revenue while working closely with founders. This role merges the scope of both concept notes, targeting elite candidates who can drive strategy, execution, and scaling. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our founding team, esteemed IIT Bombay alumni, and seasoned entrepreneurs in scaling the business into a full-fledged growth engine. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership - Own end-to-end onboarding of 8+ projects/month (scaling to 20 high-performing projects) with 40% margins. - Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies, targeting corporates, institutions, and entrepreneurs. 2. Partnership Development - Identify, pitch, and onboard franchise partners/B2B clients through tailored proposals and negotiations. - Build long-term relationships with CXOs, investors, and industry leaders. 3. Revenue Growth - Achieve sales targets with a CAC of 25% and ensure profitability of the vertical. - Structure deals, finalize contracts, and collaborate with legal/finance teams. 4. Market Expansion - Conduct market research to identify high-potential sectors/regions and optimize franchise ROI. - Represent 100X at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure seamless partner activation. - Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate strategies. Qualifications: - Education: MBA from Ivy League/Tier I (IIT/IIM) or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business/Marketing. - Experience: Experience in franchise operations, channel sales, or corporate partnerships with P&L ownership. - Skills: 1. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management. 2. Data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor. 3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution. - Networking: Proven ability to engage with CXOs and investors.
