We are now looking for a motivated MIS & Customer Communication Executive to support our marketing and operations initiatives while contributing to the company’s continued growth. Role Overview The MIS & Customer Communication Executive will work closely with the Marketing and Operations Team to conduct market research, engage in client communication, generate leads, and manage MIS-related tasks. This role offers excellent exposure for individuals who are analytical, communicative, and eager to grow in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities - Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and gather market insights to support marketing and business development strategies. - Client Communication (Telecalling): Connect with potential clients to introduce the company’s offerings and identify qualified leads. - Lead Generation: Support the Sales Team by identifying, nurturing, and maintaining potential business leads. - MIS Management: Maintain and update Management Information Systems to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to execute campaigns and process improvements. - Content & Presentation Support: Use AI-based tools and platforms such as Canva to create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials for customers and partners. Qualifications & Requirements - Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred. - Consistent academic performance of 70% and above throughout Education. - Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, Canva, and data management software. - Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential. - A proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented individual with a willingness to learn and adapt.
