Job Overview: We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to act as the primary liaison between clients and our creative teams. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations ● Understand client needs, briefs, and feedback to relay effectively to internal teams ● Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards ● Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and status updates to clients ● Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and client satisfaction ● Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary ● Collaborate closely with creative, production, and sales teams Requirements: ● 2 to 6 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in media production, advertising, or creative agencies ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities ● Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously ● Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site work environment ● Proficiency with project management and CRM tools is a plus Location Details: This is an on-site role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, a major commercial hub with excellent connectivity.
