Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai, India Department: Media & Partnerships Reports To: Head of Marketing / Media Director Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media Buyer with proven expertise in Out-of-Home (OOH) and In-App Advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with media owners, publishers, and ad networks across India, and a track record of executing impactful, cost-effective media campaigns for brands. Key Responsibilities - Plan, negotiate, and purchase media inventory across OOH (billboards, transit, digital screens) and mobile/in-app advertising platforms. - Build and maintain relationships with media owners, outdoor vendors, and mobile ad networks. - Evaluate and analyze audience data, reach, impressions, and ROl to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives. - Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client goals, brand objectives, and budgets. - Track, optimize, and report on media campaign performance using data-driven insights. - Stay up to date with new media channels, advertising technologies, and pricing trends. - Collaborate closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver 360° brand campaigns. - Ensure timely billing, vendor coordination, and media delivery compliance. Desired Candidate Profile - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media buying/selling, preferably in OOH or digital/in-app media. - Strong network with media owners, publishers, and vendors in major Indian cities. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools. Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory. Compensation - Competitive salary based on experience and network strength. - Performance incentives linked to campaign ROl and new media partnerships.
