Lion Group is a holding company for a number of different ventures including Witness Experts - An expert witness consulting agency for legal firms Count - An accounting tax and government funding company Floodmaker - An marketing agency Ceed- An recruitment agency Oxford Legal Group - An law firm Agent Consulting - Practical AI strategy and implementation for service businesses The Role We re looking for freelance recruiters based in India and Philippines to join Ceed s external recruitment network You ll help us fill open roles across our internal companies Oxford Legal Group Ceed Keey Count Agent Consulting Floodmaker and Witness Experts including admin marketing sales video editors real estate agents and ai roles What You ll Do Recruit for active roles including admin real estate video editing marketing and more Source screen and submit qualified candidates with CV short intro Use Boolean search LinkedIn job boards referrals and internal tools Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires Compensation Model Low-paying roles 200- 250 month 35- 50 bonus per hire Optional 10 bonus after 4 weeks on the job Higher-paying roles above 500 month 8 -12 of the candidate s first-month salary e g 500 month 50- 60 commission 10 extra bonus if candidate accepts salary at or below budget No ongoing or recurring commission Important No upfront payments Full payment only after candidate completes 30 days Ideal Profile What You Get Priority access to live open roles across multiple industries Structured job briefs and rejection criteria Tracking templates Direct Slack WhatsApp access to the internal team Opportunity to grow into a preferred recruiter or get retainer-based projects Recognition bonuses for top performers What We re Looking For Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience freelance agency or in-house Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search job boards sourcing logs Strong communication in English able to present candidates clearly Self-driven reliable organized and motivated by results Bonus Experience hiring for Dubai or UK markets You re disciplined reliable and results-driven Bonus if you ve recruited for Dubai or UK markets or filled sales admin roles What s on Offer Commission-Based Earnings With No Cap On Income Join a Company with a Proven Hiring Track Record Work From Anywhere with Total Flexibility
