Salesforce Trainer Freelance Part-Time Location In-person Offline Organization Connecting Dots ERP About the Company Connecting Dots ERP is a leading ERP training and consulting organization specializing in SAP and CRM technologies We provide high-quality practical training programs designed to help professionals and organizations boost productivity optimize business workflows and advance their careers in rapidly growing technology domains As part of our expansion we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer who is passionate about teaching and guiding aspiring CRM professionals We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Salesforce Trainer with 3-15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration Development or Consulting The trainer will be responsible for delivering offline and online classes covering Salesforce CRM fundamentals configurations customizations and real-world use cases Key Responsibilities Conduct well-structured and engaging Salesforce training sessions offline 3 classes per week Teach Salesforce CRM fundamentals administration configuration workflow rules automation tools Flow and advanced features Develop practical exercises case studies and real-time project simulations Assist students with queries certification preparation and project support Collaborate with the internal team to refine curriculum and improve overall training quality Required Skills Qualifications 3-15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Admin Developer Consultant roles Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model workflows automation dashboards and integrations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex CRM concepts and deliver them effectively to learners Prior training mentoring or corporate teaching experience is an added advantage Must be available for offline online in-person sessions with flexible timings Benefits Freelance flexibility with the ability to manage your own schedule Competitive compensation based on experience and delivery performance Opportunity to mentor and shape the careers of aspiring Salesforce professionals Collaborative and growth-driven environment Job Details Job Type Freelance Part-time Work Mode In-person Offline online Schedule Morning or evening sessions weekend availability Experience Minimum 3 years Salesforce-specific experience preferred Job Types Part-time Contractual Temporary Freelance Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
