DESCRIPTION Amazon is a highly data driven company highly passionate about its customers In this context it is vital to ensure the customers always get their orders on time and with quality The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety quality in mind Key job responsibilities o Daily Management of shift o Administrative management of associates o Job allocation to associates and Problem solvers o Monitoring and mentoring of associates on Safety productivity and quality o Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans o Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates o Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis o Conduct Start Up meetings with AM TL BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule shift work area including weekends nights and or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds stand walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach - Work 40 hours week and overtime as required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Candidate should have minimum of 6 months experience in People management skills Basic Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process including support for the interview or onboarding process please visit for more information If the country region you re applying in isn t listed please contact your Recruiting Partner
