Job Description: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead – Java + AI Automation (7–10 Years) | Hybrid Lead, Innovate, and Build Intelligent, Automated Systems from Scratch We are looking for a Tech Lead with a strong Java/Spring foundation and hands-on experience in AI automation (LLMs, RAG, n8n, integrations). Position Details Position: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead – Java + AI Automation Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid) Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week Experience: 7–10 Years Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and cloud-native frameworks. Build intelligent workflows using n8n, Zapier, or custom automation to connect AI, databases, and business tools. Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications — from chatbots and summarization to RAG-based knowledge systems and document intelligence. Lead end-to-end product delivery: from ideation and architecture to deployment and optimization. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrating AI and automation pipelines. Collaborate closely with product, data, and design teams to define AI-driven features. Mentor and guide developers — fostering clean code, test automation, and best engineering practices. Manage CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing (unit/integration/load), and cloud deployments. Continuously explore new AI, automation, and workflow orchestration technologies to enhance delivery speed and intelligence. Requirements 7–10 years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API architecture. Proven leadership experience — mentoring engineers and owning technical decisions. Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face. Practical experience implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and working with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant). Experience with n8n (or equivalent tools like Zapier, Make, or Airflow) for automation workflows and system integrations. Strong database knowledge — PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Kafka. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a product-first mindset. Python scripting for AI integration, data transformation, or MLOps tasks. Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks. Nice to Have Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Notion, or CRM systems through n8n or APIs. Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, and advanced logging/monitoring. Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular) for end-to-end visibility. Experience working with low-code / no-code platforms (e.g., Replit, Bubble, Retool) to accelerate AI-driven development.
