The job description is as below The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing multiple project sites simultaneously ensuring that each project progresses according to approved drawings budgets and timelines This role requires strong technical knowledge leadership ability and multi-site coordination skills The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD MS Office Excel Word Outlook and possess a sound understanding of construction drawings detailing and site execution workflows Key Responsibilities 1 Site Supervision Execution Oversee day-to-day construction activities across two or more project sites Ensure execution as per approved architectural structural and MEP drawings Manage and guide Site Engineers Supervisors and Contractors to maintain work quality productivity and safety Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards Prepare and monitor daily weekly and monthly progress reports for each site 2 Planning Coordination Develop micro-level work schedules for all active sites and ensure timely completion of milestones Coordinate between architects contractors vendors and consultants for smooth execution Review project drawings and communicate design clarifications or discrepancies to the concerned departments Liaise with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials to all sites Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization 3 Drawing Technical Understanding Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into executable site instructions Prepare shop drawings as-built drawings and measurement sheets where required Coordinate with design and structural consultants to resolve technical queries Ensure version control and maintain updated drawing sets at each site 4 Quality Cost Safety Control Implement and monitor quality assurance and control processes for all civil and finishing works Maintain cost discipline by minimizing wastage and ensuring accurate billing quantities Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits Enforce safety protocols PPE usage and site housekeeping at all times 5 Documentation Reporting Prepare detailed work progress reports material reconciliation and contractor billing summaries Maintain daily site diaries photographs and records for both sites Communicate progress delays and risks proactively through email and reports Support the Project Manager in compiling MIS reports and dashboards 6 Team Leadership Mentoring Supervise and mentor junior site engineers and supervisors ensuring adherence to company SOPs Conduct weekly site review meetings to track progress and resolve challenges Promote a culture of accountability technical accuracy Preferred AutoCAD - Proficient in reading editing and preparing 2D drawings MS Excel Word - Skilled in preparing reports measurements and billing summaries MS Outlook - Proficient in professional communication and coordination Working knowledge of construction methodologies quality checks and project scheduling tools Strong technical and problem-solving ability Leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Time management and multitasking across multiple project sites Ownership mindset with integrity and discipline Key Performance Indicators Timely and accurate site execution as per drawings Quality compliance and minimal rework Efficient material management and usage tracking Proper coordination with contractors and supervisors Timely submission of daily and weekly progress reports Adherence to safety and site discipline norms Accuracy in measurements and billing assistance Effective communication and reporting to management Implementation of design changes with precision Accountability for site timelines and workmanship Maintain professional relationship with all stakeholders customers For further details call Megha on 9377677857 or you can mail your candidature on megha postaresume co in proactive communication
