Job Title: Product Manager - COE Location: Mumbai Job Description: Position overview • the manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovation strategies, process and initiatives that drive business growth, improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency and optimize underwriting prudence • the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring new ideas to life Role and responsibilities • develop and implement innovation strategies: develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. • identify and prioritize innovation opportunities: identify and prioritize innovation opportunities through market research, customer feedback and trend analysis • manage innovation pipeline: manage the innovation pipeline, including idea generation, prototyping, testing and launch • collaborate with external partners: collaborate with external partners, including startups, academia and industry experts to stay ahead of the curve and identify the innovation opportunities • develop and manage innovation metrics: develop and manage innovation metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives. • foster a culture of innovation: foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging experimentation, learning and creativity Education & experience requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
